Warm, welcoming, wonderful

The staff treated us like family, making our stay so special! Breakfast was a delightful surprise with plenty of options. We loved the spacious king suite, and the pool looked inviting even though we didn’t swim this time!

Fantastic hotel for weekend with friendly efficient and helpful staff in third shift. Comfortable and ideal location nice to use after a long day of walking at the zoo, great facilities. Not far from the medical center at Ohio State Univ, Fort Columbus airport, and public transport or convenience stores.

The rooms were spotless with pull out sofa, the staff were courteous and polite.

This hotel is pretty clean, and the staff on the night shift are really friendly and helpful. the breakfasts are great, with some fantastic food options. Plus, it's conveniently located near the suburbs. 🍽️.

It has a favourable and perfect location to the fairgrounds.

The location in a secure area was best possible and there were stores and fairgrounds nearby.

No complaints, the venue met expectations. Location and rooms were good, we liked that everything was perfect. The whole room was reasonably large with nice TV, fridge & mircrowave. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice and roomy. The breakfast was a nice set up and was pretty good. We would stay there again if we are in the area!

Comfort Suites in Columbus offers excellent value and is a fantastic hotel with friendly and efficient staff. It boasts the best possible location for the price, being conveniently situated near the state fairgrounds, the Ohio Expo Center, as well as various restaurants and nightlife options.

I kinda don't want to answer this part so there will always be available rooms when traveling in the area BUT whats right is right..... We had two different styles of rooms and they were very spacious, in better terms the correct word is HUGE and they were all VERY clean. There was even a choice of the kind of pillow you like to use. If the price is right when we return to the area I will always try to reserve here first.

Whats wrong is wrong... so... here is why I had to give my negative. The only reason for the lower score on the staff rating was because there was a communication break down at the Comfort Suites. I had submitted 4 days prior to our stay though Booked.net to add a room 1 day earlier then the rest of our party and it was not updated at C-Suites. The problem was quickly resolved due to an available room for them at C-Suites. I think we got LUCKY!! Let me explain a little.... At the time when there trying to check in I received the dreaded phone call from our friends that they was NO reservation to check in the day early for them so I had to call Booked.net to get things sorted out. Booking had the confirmation ID number on the fax that was sent of the update so a call was made by booking to the C-Suites to make sure all of us were on the same page. The front desk reassured Booking to make sure there would not be any more surprises :) From now on I know I will always make a phone call of the change to the place of stay to confirm the change(s) have been made to my initial reservation.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to convention centers and an industrial park, and it's only 0.5 km from the airport.

We had an awesome day here and would definitely recommend it. the room was cozy, outstanding, and featured a comfortable sofa bed. We enjoyed the convenient location next to the state fairgrounds, which added to our experience. the hotel provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The place wasn't secure. You could go in and out of side door without a card.
